Ltd (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') respects the privacy of all users (hereinafter referred to as 'Members') who use our QRfood worldwide service (hereinafter referred to as 'the Service') and is committed to the appropriate handling of personal information in accordance with the following definitions.

  5. To send newsletters including campaigns that the Service believes useful to members

  7. For data analysis and analysis necessary for new Service development
  8. To deliver targeted advertising using member behavior, gender, access history, etc.
  9. To identify users who violate terms of service or attempt to use the Service for improper or unfair purposes and refuse their use

The Company is not responsible for the use of personal information collected independently by third-party sites and services accessible through the Service, or linked websites from the Service. This Service obtains location information (latitude and longitude information) from smart device terminals used by users only when there is user consent. Since the Service provides Bluetooth receipt printing functionality based on location information acquisition, the Bluetooth receipt printing functionality may not be available if the Service is not permitted to obtain location information.

Article 9: Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

The Company will respond to requests for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of third-party provision, and notification of purpose of use of personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations. If identity verification is impossible or the requirements stipulated in the Personal Information Protection Act are not met, the request may not be fulfilled. In principle, information other than personal information such as access logs will not be disclosed.
