'Personal Information' refers to 'personal information' as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, hereinafter referred to as the 'Personal Information Protection Act'), and means information about living individuals that can identify specific individuals, including names, email addresses, passwords, user IDs, and other information that can identify users obtained through the Service. The personal information collected is limited to information registered by users through the Service.
Article 2: Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company may use Members' personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide the Service and related information
- For member identity verification
- To notify necessary matters for Service operation (including via email)
- For advertising or promotion of the Company's and third parties' products (including via email)
- To send newsletters including campaigns that the Service believes useful to members
- To create and utilize statistical information within the scope where individuals cannot be identified on the Service
- For data analysis and analysis necessary for new Service development
- To deliver targeted advertising using member behavior, gender, access history, etc.
- To identify users who violate terms of service or attempt to use the Service for improper or unfair purposes and refuse their use
- To exercise rights and fulfill obligations based on contracts and laws
- For after-sales service and various inquiry responses

Article 5: Security Management of Personal Information
The Company will supervise personal information appropriately to ensure that leakage or damage of personal information is prevented and other security management of personal information is carried out. The Company will have only authorized personnel handle personal information within the scope necessary for business execution. When outsourcing personal information handling to external parties, the Company will supervise the contractor after concluding a confidentiality agreement.

Article 8: About Location Information
This Service obtains location information (latitude and longitude information) from smart device terminals used by users only when there is user consent. Since the Service provides Bluetooth receipt printing functionality based on location information acquisition, the Bluetooth receipt printing functionality may not be available if the Service is not permitted to obtain location information.
Article 9: Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
The Company will respond to requests for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of third-party provision, and notification of purpose of use of personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations. If identity verification is impossible or the requirements stipulated in the Personal Information Protection Act are not met, the request may not be fulfilled. In principle, information other than personal information such as access logs will not be disclosed.
